Unlike traditional mani/pedis, Russian-style treatments don’t use water (aka the “dry manicure”), which helps the polish adhere better and last longer. Cuticles are carefully refined using a special tool called an e-file, creating that ultra-clean, flawless finish. The process actually makes your nail beds look longer.
