What we love about Blue Agave Tacos & Beer is that the vibe is casual, but the food is 5-star! Plus, the menu is so extensive that what follows is a small fraction of what Blue Agave Tacos & Beer has to offer.

Let’s start with Rob’s favoritos! Obviously, he didn’t pass up the Nachos which pair perfectly with Blue Agave’s huge selection of cold beers! I thought Rob was going to go for Blue Agave’s famous “Agave style” burrito with choice of meat, fries, guac, sour cream, and pico, but instead he gobbled up the “Super Burrito” with choice of meat, rice, beans, guac, and cheese.

My top picks are the Quinoa Salad packed with healthy ingredients like pomegranate seeds, carrots, tomatoes, and walnuts, and the tacos! (Pick your style: street, agave, or hard shell.) They even have “veggie only” tacos for plant-based eaters.

At the grand opening, Rob and I watched as other diners happily scarfed down scrumptious looking quesadillas, combination plates, and antojitos.  And everyone had a colorful drink ranging from aquas frescas to margaritas.

For the early birds, there are breakfast plates and breakfast burritos. Children have their own menu with kid friendly staples like burgers and quesadillas.
