Lucky me! Liza, the body contouring expert behind Spa Lourdes located in the beautiful Water Court, treated me to a full-body Vacuomdermie massage!

Vacuodermie is a non-invasive skincare technique that uses vacuum suction and mechanical massage to stimulate circulation, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production. The best way to describe the sensation is that it feels like a combination of cupping, hands-on massage, and a vacuum. Like most beauty treatments, best results are achieved with several treatments, but even after one, my skin felt tighter, and I left happy and relaxed.
