About this Deal

Think you are too heavy, out of shape, and/or uncoordinated to start boxing? Well, what is the most diplomatic way I can say this? My brother Rob, who never met a pizza he didn’t like and inherited the famous “No Coordination Jaffe gene,” started regularly taking classes at 101 Boxing two months ago! I wish I could say that it was my nagging that got him to finally exercise, but he did it for his kids who want him to live to a ripe old age. Now he is hooked.

I think what attracted Rob to boxing is that it is low impact, a great workout, and 101 Boxing has so many classes that even he will never get bored! (See 101 Boxing’s extensive schedule online showcasing everything from Cardio Boxing classes, to classes that focus on technique and sparring. They even have a class dedicated to individuals who have Parkinson’s Disease.) And we love that they have a Youth program for ages 8-14 with tons of supervision and instruction available.
